3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
ANARÁ Website Legal Handoff
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a
non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order via the button marked “Order with obligation to pay” or similar wording, you make a
binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Before submitting your binding order, you may review your entries at any time during checkout and correct
them using the available correction tools.
The automatic confirmation of receipt of your order merely documents that your order has been received
by us and does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
The contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices shown in the online shop are in euros and include statutory VAT.
In addition to the product prices indicated, shipping costs apply. These are shown separately during
checkout and on the relevant information pages.
The following shipping conditions currently apply
- Shipping within Germany: EUR 5.90
- Shipping to currently supplied member states of the European Union: EUR 14.90
The shipping costs shown during checkout shall be decisive.
5. Payment Terms
The payment methods available in the online shop are displayed during checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider integrated in the checkout process.

We deliver to Germany and to the currently supplied member states of the European Union. Delivery to
the United Kingdom is currently not available.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery times are generally

The stated delivery times are estimated standard delivery times. Delays occurring after handover of the
shipment to the shipping service provider and outside our control may occur in individual cases. Your
statutory rights remain unaffected.
If an ordered item is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay.
7. Undeliverable Shipments / Incorrect Address Details
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, non-collection, or other
circumstances for which the customer is responsible, we reserve the right to charge the cost of re
shipment separately.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Right of Cancellation
ANARÁ Website Legal Handoff
Consumers have the statutory right of cancellation. Details are set out in the Cancellation Policy on our
website.
10. Statutory Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation
- in cases of intent and gross negligence
- for injury to life, body, or health caused by negligence
- under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act
- to the extent that we have assumed a guarantee.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the
foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Essential contractual obligations are those obligations whose
fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the customer
may regularly rely.
Any further liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded.
12. Applicable Law
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In
relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of the
protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their
habitual residence.
13. Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer
arbitration board.
