Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is
not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post, of your decision to cancel this contract.
You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the
exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of
standard delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we
receive notice of your cancellation.
Additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard
delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this
reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied
evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than
fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met
if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling
other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please return items, where possible, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition.
This is not a requirement for the valid exercise of your right of cancellation, but it helps us process and
identify your return more efficiently.
The statutory right of cancellation also applies to discounted items. No additional voluntary return policy
beyond the statutory right of cancellation is granted for sale items.
